SUMMARY
Sales Lead
We’re looking for a driven and self-motivated Sales Lead to generate and grow revenue for Wholster through platform subscriptions, skip tracing, and investor lending products. This role will focus heavily on bringing in new lending and platform opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and relationship building with real estate investors.
You’ll play a key role on the front lines of our revenue engine — connecting with users, demonstrating the value of the Wholster ecosystem, and driving new opportunities into the pipeline for our closing team. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building relationships, and can own their results.
As Wholster grows, this role offers the potential to evolve into a senior leadership position within the sales organization, helping shape future sales strategy and structure as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities
Requirements
Required
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in SaaS, real estate, or marketing services
- Strong understanding of the real estate investing space, especially wholesaling and off-market deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex tools in simple, value-driven terms
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of goals, projects, and systems
- Track record of hitting performance targets or KPIs in previous sales roles
- Comfort using sales tools, CRMs, and tracking/reporting performance metrics
- High degree of initiative with a problem-solving mindset and willingness to iterate
- Ability to manage relationships with customers and prospects throughout the sales cycle
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience selling subscription-based or recurring revenue products
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Brevo, or similar CRM and email platforms
- Experience building or working within a startup sales team
- Interest in long-term career growth and leadership within a scaling company

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation
- This is a commission-based role with no cap on earnings, structured to reward strong performance and deal flow.
- Commission is earned through:
- Lending referrals and loan opportunities brought into Wholster’s closing team
- Platform subscription sales
- Skip tracing data sales
- Compensation will be structured to provide high upside potential for driven sales professionals, with clear revenue splits and milestones defined during onboarding.
- As Wholster grows, this role may evolve to include team leadership incentives and expanded earning opportunities.
