SUMMARY

Sales Lead

We’re looking for a driven and self-motivated Sales Lead to generate and grow revenue for Wholster through platform subscriptions, skip tracing, and investor lending products. This role will focus heavily on bringing in new lending and platform opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and relationship building with real estate investors.

You’ll play a key role on the front lines of our revenue engine — connecting with users, demonstrating the value of the Wholster ecosystem, and driving new opportunities into the pipeline for our closing team. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building relationships, and can own their results.

As Wholster grows, this role offers the potential to evolve into a senior leadership position within the sales organization, helping shape future sales strategy and structure as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new subscription sales for Wholster’s mobile platform through outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion
  • Promote and sell Wholster’s skip tracing and investor lending products to aligned customer segments
  • Generate new lending and platform opportunities, working closely with the closing team to hand off qualified leads
  • Guide potential customers through the value of the Wholster ecosystem, demonstrating how different tools create a complete lead-to-sale workflow
  • Own the top and middle of the sales funnel — from lead generation and qualification to deal handoff and follow-up
  • Collaborate with the founding team to define and track performance metrics tied to sales and user growth
  • Help refine messaging and positioning based on real conversations with customers and leads
  • Identify and test high-converting customer segments and outreach strategies
  • Share insights that influence pricing, packaging, and sales tactics based on direct market feedback
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects and customers throughout the sales process
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure successful onboarding and product adoption
  • Represent Wholster in a professional and value-driven manner
  • Work with the closing team to ensure a seamless handoff and positive customer experience
  • Lay the groundwork for a scalable sales function, including documentation of workflows and outreach tactics
  • Contribute to hiring criteria, training materials, and success benchmarks for future sales hires
  • Serve as a leader within the sales org as the company scales
  • Act as a feedback loop between customers and internal teams
  • Document and share common objections, feature requests, and workflow challenges
  • Contribute ideas that improve both the product and how it’s sold
