Is there still a free version of Wholster?
Yes. You can browse the Wholster marketplace, build your investor profile, follow other investors, maintain one active listing, use one saved search, and use Wholster’s core marketplace and sharing tools without a Pro membership.
What does Wholster Pro add?
Pro adds property and owner intelligence, targeted acquisition searches, skip tracing, bulk list tools, active cash buyer discovery, buyer contact data, contact list management, buyer segmentation, and advanced email distribution.
Are there any charges beyond the Pro membership?
Only for certain bulk data actions. Property research and the core Pro workflow are included in your membership. Bulk exports and contact enrichment are usage-based and charged only when you choose to run them.
Can I upgrade my existing Wholster account?
Yes. Your Pro membership upgrades your existing Wholster account, so there’s no need to create a second account or start over.
Can I cancel my Pro membership?
Yes. Standard Pro memberships can be cancelled for future renewal. Any promotional or locked-rate membership remains subject to the terms of that specific offer.
How does Founding Member pricing work?
Priority List members will receive first access to a private Founding Member offer at launch, including exclusive pricing that stays locked for as long as the membership remains continuously active. The Founding Member offer will be available for a limited launch window and won’t be advertised publicly on this page.
Can I use Wholster on the web?
