To submit an offer:
- Open any listing that interests you
- Scroll to the bottom and tap the Submit Offer button
- Enter your terms (offer price, EMD amount, contingencies, etc.)
Your offer will be sent to the seller immediately, and they can accept, decline, or counter right from the app.
If you want to ask questions before submitting an offer, you can message the seller directly.
